The awards, which mark the achievements of the outstanding leaders in the Scottish corporate and public sectors, are being held in the prestigious surroundings of Prestonfield in Edinburgh on Thursday 2nd October 2008.

Previous speakers have included, Adam Crozier, chief executive of the Royal Mail, Karren Brady, Managing Director of Birmingham City Football Club and last years leadership lecturer, the man who saved the infamous Dome from disaster, French business guru, PY Gerbeau.

The evening will culminate in the presentation of the highly coveted Awards, which are unique in that they are conferred by a peer group vote from the business community itself.
